Today, I am traveling to San Antonio for the highly anticipated Owners Club retreat, and I couldn’t be more excited. The Owners Club is an elite community of high-level real estate investors and entrepreneurs, and at $35K a year for membership, it is an investment that consistently pays dividends in the form of unparalleled networking, deal flow, and strategic partnerships. This retreat is all about surrounding yourself with the best in the business, and I am looking forward to connecting with everyone.

One of the main highlights of this trip is masterminding with Pace Morby (@pacemorby). Pace and I have some big plans in the works, including discussions around a potential TV show. Collaborating with someone who has such a massive impact on the creative finance space is always inspiring, and we are ready to brainstorm ways to bring even more value and entertainment to the real estate community.

While at the retreat, my focus is also heavily on acquisitions. I am actively shopping for distressed assets that are already cash flowing. At Levine Capital, our buy box is specific: we are looking for opportunities where we can step in, add value, and stabilize properties that have strong underlying fundamentals but need the right capital and operational expertise to reach their full potential.
