We created The Orbit Program specifically to provide autistic youth with meaningful, resume-building work experience in a professional corporate environment. This isn’t busywork—it’s real experience at a real company, designed to launch these incredible young individuals into successful futures.

How The Orbit Program Works
Real Work Experience
Participants join the Levine Capital team, taking on meaningful tasks that contribute to our daily operations. They learn professional communication, time management, and specific industry skills.
Confidence Building
Through mentorship and supportive guidance, we focus heavily on building self-esteem. We celebrate victories, encourage questions, and create an environment where participants feel valued and capable.
Resume Development
Every participant leaves The Orbit Program with a strong, verifiable entry for their resume. Having “Levine Capital” as professional experience opens doors for future employment opportunities.
Partnering with Local Churches
We believe that community organizations are the heartbeat of our neighborhoods. That’s why The Orbit Program partners directly with local churches to identify and connect with families who could benefit from this opportunity.
