About Adam Levine
Adam Levine, founder of Levine Capital, is a friend of Pace Morby and an active member of the SubTo, Owners Club, and Gator communities. He helped customize a loan program for A&E’s 24 Hour Flip, using an institutional loan-purchase structure designed to improve borrower economics while targeting minimum interest yields for capital providers purchasing the loans.
