Make it actionable

What belongs in a real submission

The best deal package is not always the longest one. It is an honest, organized first look that makes the seller’s objective, the asset, the terms, and the open questions easy to understand.

  • Property or business address, asset type, and asking price
  • Seller motivation, timeline, and the terms actually discussed
  • Current debt, payments, rents, revenue, occupancy, or NOI when known
  • Repair, title, zoning, utility, environmental, or licensing questions
  • Your relationship to the opportunity and the supporting materials you can share
The review path

From first look to next step

  1. Send the factsUse the Creative Finance Acquisitions Buy Box to provide the initial details.
  2. Initial screeningThe team reviews alignment with the current buy box and identifies key questions.
  3. Diligence & structureAligned opportunities may move into deeper property, operating, legal, title, debt, or structure review.
Keep it real. A submission is a preliminary review—not an offer, approval, partnership agreement, representation agreement, or promise of compensation. Any acquisition, joint venture, financing, referral arrangement, or fee requires independent review, documentation, and mutually acceptable terms.
