Program and operator.
Levine Capital Management, LLC operates the Levine Capital SMS messaging program. If you expressly opt in, we may text you about a loan request you submitted, loan-file or account updates, appointments, and customer-service responses. Any marketing or related-offer SMS program, if offered and permitted by our carrier-approved use case, is separate and requires its own optional opt-in. A general inquiry, a required website-terms checkbox, or supplying a phone number is not an SMS subscription. Consent is not a condition of obtaining lending services.
Frequency and charges.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and loan-file activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge according to your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help.
Reply STOP to a Levine Capital SMS message to cancel messages from that program. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out, after which we will not send further messages from that program without a new opt-in. Reply HELP for help or contact loans@levinecapital.com. Other valid opt-out requests sent to us will also be honored. We will record and honor suppression across our applicable messaging systems. Do not send sensitive financial documents or credentials by SMS.
Privacy.
