  • No Interest on Undisbursed Rehab: You only pay interest on drawn funds, not the full construction budget.
  • Exterior Appraisals Accepted: Keeping the process moving swiftly.
  • Unapproved Permits/Plans? Still fundable. We can structure a holdback and provide upfront proceeds so work can start immediately.
  • Foreign Nationals Allowed: Passport-only. No SSN required, and no credit pulls.
