Two Sheriffs, Two Completely Different Experiences

The sheriff before this one was a pleasure to deal with. He helped me park my car and find the building. He was kind, professional, and respectful.

Then this new sheriff came along — arrogant and unpleasant from the very start.

My Constitutional Right to Appear Before the Judge Was Taken Away

Let me be clear about what this sheriff did: I never had the opportunity to sit in front of the judge. That was my right — to appear in court, to be heard, to have my day before a judge. The sheriff took that right away from me.

This experience has traumatized me even further. I already deal with social anxiety and trauma every single day — and now I have this on top of it. I was denied my basic right to appear before a judge because of who I am and what I need to function.

The Sixth Amendment and the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment guarantee every American the right to appear before a judge. One arrogant sheriff decided he was above the Constitution.

Why I Need Snickers — This Is Personal

I want to be completely transparent about why I need my service dog. I have social anxiety. I am messed up. I have had so much trauma in my life — and now I’m even MORE traumatized from this incident because I couldn’t even have my day in court to speak to the judge. All because of my dog and because of my Jewish star.

Snickers protects me from myself. He keeps me calm. He prevents me from losing my anger, losing control, and getting in trouble. Without him, I am at risk of escalating in situations that trigger my anxiety and trauma responses. He is my emotional anchor.

This isn’t a luxury. This isn’t a pet I bring along for fun. I NEED him. He is prescribed by my doctor for a real medical condition. People with mental health conditions deserve the same protections as anyone else with a disability. My anxiety disorder, my trauma — these are real. And Snickers is my lifeline.

The ADA Two-Question Rule

Under the ADA, a courthouse employee can ONLY ask two questions:

1. Is this a service animal required because of a disability?
2. What task has the dog been trained to perform?

They CANNOT ask for documentation, deny entry based on appearance or breed, make their own determination, or deny based on personal reasons. The sheriff violated ALL of these rules.

Mental Health IS Protected Under Federal Law

MENTAL HEALTH IS A PROTECTED DISABILITY. The ADA, the Fair Housing Act, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act ALL protect people with mental health conditions. Anxiety, PTSD, depression — these are real medical conditions. Anyone who denies that right is breaking federal law. Period.

I Am Filing a Formal Complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice

I am officially filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section regarding the ADA violations I experienced at the St. Lucie County Courthouse in Fort Pierce. I am also reporting the hate crime component to the FBI.

I want to thank Jonathan Cahn from the bottom of my heart. His book The Harbinger changed my life. It opened my eyes to the truth — the prophetic truth that connects ancient Israel to America, and God’s hand in everything that is happening around us.

Reading The Harbinger helped me know the truth and get saved. It brought me to a place of understanding that I had been searching for my entire life. As a Jewish man, discovering Jonathan Cahn’s teachings — and his congregation Beth Israel — was like coming home. Here was a man who understood the scriptures, who honored the Jewish roots of faith, and who spoke with a prophetic voice that cut through all the noise of this world.

Jonathan Cahn showed me that God is real, that His word is alive, and that He has a plan for each of us — even in our darkest moments. Through everything I have been through — the trauma, the anti-Semitism, the anxiety, the battles — God has been with me. He carried me when I couldn’t carry myself. He put people in my path — like Jonathan Cahn — to guide me toward salvation and truth.

Thank you, God, for everything. Thank you for Jonathan Cahn. Thank you for The Harbinger. Thank you for Beth Israel. Thank you for saving me. I am who I am today because of Your grace, Your mercy, and Your unrelenting love. I will spend the rest of my life standing for You, standing for Israel, and standing for truth.

The Complete Package

I have trained my entire life to be strong, balanced, and capable. I was a college wrestler — a foundation built by my father, who exposed me to the best wrestling in the world. I wrestled in New Jersey, the best wrestling state in the country, and went to the best wrestling clubs. I wrestled at Montclair State University and then at Wilkes University, where my father ensured I was exposed to the best wrestling programs and coached by the best in the sport. I also trained in Taekwondo under Master Nick. I earned my yellow band and yellow belt in Muay Thai and kickboxing. I trained in Krav Maga — also taught to me by my father at a young age. My father started me with the best coaches and programs, and now I am training with the best in BJJ at Future School of BJJ. I just started my journey to make BJJ a lifestyle. And to keep my movement fluid and my spirit balanced, I also dance Brazilian Zouk. I am the complete package.

My father is the one who gave me my foundation. He taught me that fighting is just common sense — competition with no rules, anything goes. His philosophy: “It was just common sense to a fighter. It’s competition with no rules. Anything goes.” That foundation, combined with the elite wrestling programs he provided, shaped my entire fighter mentality.

I don’t train because I want to hurt people. I train because I want to be strong enough to protect myself — and to combat anti-Semitism. I train because I am a Jewish man in America, and I refuse to be a victim. I refuse to be pushed around. I refuse to be disrespected.

“I am not afraid. I will train to defend myself and defend others.”

Thank you to my father for teaching me Krav Maga, giving me the best wrestling foundation in the world, and instilling in me the fighter’s mindset. Thank you to Master Nick for Taekwondo. And thank you to the team at Future School of BJJ for showing me advanced techniques and keeping me sharp. The people there also know Krav Maga and have helped me integrate all my training into a cohesive fighting system.

Thank you to Krav Maga and to all my trainers who have made me strong. You have given me the physical and mental strength to stand up for what is right.

This Is Your Warning

Do NOT touch me. Do NOT put a hand on me.

I am happy to live in a Stand Your Ground state like Florida. The law here protects those who defend themselves. If you are anti-Semitic, stay away from me. Do not talk to me. Do not come close to me.

You will see my Jewish star and you better walk away.

This is your warning. The weak don’t touch me. I will defend myself, and Florida law is on my side. Never again.

I did not have my day in court. They denied me due process. They made a lot of mistakes. And they owe me an apology. They have a chance to apologize to me — right now.

But here’s what really happened: My Second Amendment right was taken away without giving me a chance to defend it in court. I was denied my constitutional right to appear before a judge and present my case. I was denied my right to due process. I was denied my right to defend my rights.

Because of this violation, I was forced to become a human weapon. I took my pain, my trauma, my anger at this injustice, and I channeled it into martial arts training. I trained in wrestling, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, BJJ, Krav Maga, and Brazilian Zouk. I made myself into a weapon because the system failed me.

I deserve to have my weapon back. But I don’t need a gun anymore. I told them — I AM the weapon.

This Is My Mount Everest

I plan on giving away proceeds to fight anti-Semitism. This is all part of my mission. This is my Mount Everest.

God raised me for this. He is the only one I fear. I stand for Israel. I stand for truth. I stand for justice. And I will not back down.
